You pay a flat diagnostic visit first. After the inspection, you get a clear repair total — before any work starts. If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is applied to that total.

Front-load washers and stacked laundry pairs are repaired the same way. Most work is done from the front. If the stack kit has to come off for rear access, that is included in the quote before work starts.
